Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting micro thin needles into the skin and muscle tissue to stimulate, support and balance the bodies systems. Acupuncture is rooted in years of tradition while continuously being supported by modern science, research and empirical evidence. Acupuncture patients are also supported with Chinese herbal medicine and personalized supplemental consultation.
Nutrition
My nutrition work is rooted in western nutrition, functional medicine and east asian food therapy. Patients receive an in depth, ongoing care plan as well as recipe and meal planning support and address their health conditions and goals. Nutrition visits also includes intelligent herbal and supplemental consultation. My nutrition work does not focus on weight loss, calorie counting or calorie restriction.

East Asian medicine is a comprehensive medical system, Beyond Acupuncture, I am thoroughly trained in: Chinese herbal therapy, fire cupping, acupressure, Gua Sha, moxibustion and Korean hand therapy. I work with patients to formulate a therapeutic session that meets the needs of their body as well as their personal preferences.
Sliding Scale Visits
I offer seven sliding scale acupuncture appointments on needs basis for people of color, indigenous, black and transgender persons and low income care workers a month.
