Hi- I’m Nikki, I’m glad so glad you’re here! I am a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and nutritionist dedicated to creating a space that fosters healing and deeper connection to the body. My approach keeps the nervous system at center while using personalized medicine approaches that prioritize patient care and safety. I’m honored to have studied under many teachers over my extensive investigation of healing. From herbalists in the mountains of Mexico to functional medicine doctors in local Minneapolis hospitals, psychologists, somatic therapists and brilliant Chinese Medicine doctors at Northwestern Health and Sciences University. I have addressed many conditions with this unique and integrative approach, but am especially drawn to working with digestive health, mental health, long covid, trauma, migraines and preventative care. The therapies I provide to my patients are always curated to meet their needs and comfort while holding how our greater communities and cultures are connected to our healing.
“Healing was learning no one ever laid a fingerprint on the part of me that’s infinite.”
-Andrea Gibson
I work in a field that isn’t always accessible to everyone. As I teach and provide care, I am fiercely committed to defying the barriers in health care that we know exist. I am a dreamer, grower (and expert eater) of food, writer, street medic, community organizer and educator. I aim to meet patients with compassion, openness and curiosity and always welcome feedback from you.

Acupuncture
I am a board certified, licensed acupuncturist and have been receiving acupuncture since I was 12 years old. It is an integral part of my life and I am honored to share its healing capacity with you.
Food and Herbs
Food is personal, connective and medicinal. My work with food and herbs layers functional medicine and east asian medicine principles while holding the patients needs, culture and preferences at center. Our approach values season, taste, community and ecology.
Bodywork
As an East Asian medicine provider, I also offer the following integrative therapies: cupping, tui nai, gua sha and moxibustion. I work with each patient to create a treatment that is most supportive and healing for their body and effective in addressing their concerns.
