Hi its me, Nikki and I’m glad so glad you’re here! I am a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist and nutritionist. Most of all I’m committed to creating containers for people to I’m passionate about keeping the nervous system at center while using integrative medicine approaches that center patient care and safety. I’m honored to have studied under many teachers over my extensive investigation of healing. From herbalists in the mountains of Mexico to functional medicine doctors in local Minneapolis hospitals, psychologists to countless Chinese Medicine doctors and teachers at Northwestern Health and Sciences University. I have addressed many conditions with this unique and integrative approach, but am especially drawn to working with digestive health, mental health, long covid, migraines and preventative care. The therapies I provide to my patients are always curated to meet their needs and comfort while holding how our greater communities and cultures are connected to our healing.
As I teach and provide care, I am fiercely committed to defying the barriers in health care that we know exist. I am a dreamer, grower (and expert eater) of food, writer and a community organizer. I I aim to meet clients with openness and curiosity and always welcome feedback from you.

Acupuncture
I am a board certified, licensed acupuncturist and have been receiving acupuncture since I was 12 years old. It is an integral part of my life and I am honored to share its healing capacity with you.
Food and Herbs
Teaching my patients about food and herbs allows them to access these medicinal therapies everyday. My approach to food and herbs are highly individualized and often correspond to season, preference and taste.
Bodywork
As an east asian medicine provider, I also offer the following integrative therapies: cupping, tui nai, gua sha and moxibustion. I work with each patient to curate a treatment that is most supportive and healing for their body in that moment.
